Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver, service, and repair durable medical equipment, including wheelchairs and power scooters, to clients in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients are satisfied with the equipment and services provided.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment deliveries, services, and repairs.
  • Assist clients with the proper use and maintenance of medical equipment.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and warehouse staff to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license in good standing.
  • Experience servicing and repairing wheelchairs and power scooters is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with low voltages, switches, and controls is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
Physical Requirements:
  • The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and sit, as well as talk and hear.
  • The employee is required to use hands to operate vehicles and office equipment.
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 80 pounds.
