Outside Sales Representative - Lumber and Building Materials

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including contractors and builders
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to effectively communicate value to customers
  • Manage designated territories and physical visits to customer and contractor sites
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales and customer service

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of Outside Sales or Account Management experience
  • Strong knowledge of lumber, trusses, and exterior building materials
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to establish rapport and build relationships with customers
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented
