Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare sold vehicles for new buyers and guests
  • Ensure all vehicles meet Optima Dealer Services Quality Control standards
  • Organize the lot to meet Fletcher Jones and Optima's standards
  • Ensure all vehicles have gas upon delivery
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Department
Requirements
  • Friendly and high-energy individual with a willingness to go above and beyond
  • Highly responsible, professional, and reliable
  • Unrestricted California driver's license and clean driving record
  • Cleaning and vehicle detail experience
  • Ability to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Basic computer and internet skills
