Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team at CPP- Minneapolis. As a Process Engineer, you will play a key role in developing, implementing, and optimizing our manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and yield.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and quality.
  • Develop and implement new processes, including designing, testing, and upgrading systems to meet production needs.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve process issues stemming from special or common cause variation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of process improvements and maintain process documentation.
  • Track and analyze process metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and develop new or additional KPIs as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • 2-6 years of experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing setting.
