The Role

We're seeking a talented Senior SEO Manager to join our Product Management team. As a key member of our growth team, you'll be responsible for leading the development and execution of our SEO product strategy and roadmap. Your expertise will drive incremental traffic and support digital media growth initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize fixes/optimizations and create new components, templates, and experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of the SEO product strategy and roadmap
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product requirements
  • Coordinate with design and development teams to deliver those requirements
  • Represent SEO interests in all rituals, including stand-ups, sprint planning, grooming, retrospectives, etc.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate SEO product issues, including broken internal links, improper parameterization, negative crawl impact, and suboptimal experiences
  • Assist in the planning and execution of highly complex and detailed initiatives, including site migrations, replatforming, and consolidation of multiple domains, subdomains, and subfolders
  • Spec out landing page experiences and capabilities that feature content, keywords, and internal links to drive improvements in quality and relevance
  • Analyze and interpret organic traffic data to identify trends, patterns, and insights about demand to inform the rest of our business
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required; degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred
  • 4-6 years' experience in product management, with a focus on SEO, marketing analytics, data management, and machine learning
  • 4-6 years' SEO, data, marketing channels, or martech-related product management experience
  • 2-3 years' experience working in a complex global technology company is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills, with solid understanding of SEO tools and software, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and other relevant tools
  • Experience harnessing quantitative & qualitative data to address exciting buyer problems and running consumer-facing A/B tests
  • Experience defining consumer product roadmaps from inception to launch
  • Proficient in SQL/BigQuery
  • Large-scale marketplace SEO (million URLs) experience is highly preferred
