Imaging Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Imaging Specialist to join our team at Access Information Management Shared Services LLC. As an Imaging Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients.

• Prepare, index, and scan client documents according to specific client requests.
• Upload scanned documents to a third-party software.
• Perform quality checks on scanned documents, detect image errors, and determine the cause of errors.
• Conduct manual data entry of required fields for validation and verification.

• At least 1 year of experience in a service industry.
• Physical ability to lift boxes and materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment substance abuse screening, a background check, and a DOT physical.
