Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all AI projects and solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies and incorporate them into the company's AI strategy.
  • Optimize AI models for performance and scalability to meet business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in all AI implementations.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to derive actionable insights for business improvement.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation.
  • Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of AI solutions.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to senior management.
Requirements
  • Possess a strong background in LLAMA 2, GCP Gen AI code-bison, GitHub Copilot, and OpenAI GPT3.5 & 4.
  • Demonstrate experience in designing and implementing AI solutions in a business environment.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Show proficiency in coding and software development best practices.
  • Have experience in Billing & Revenue Management, which is a plus.
  • Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to learning and applying new AI technologies.
What We Offer
  • An annual salary of $130,000 – $140,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Eligibility for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to applicable plans.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid holidays, paid time off, 401(k) plan, and contributions, long-term/short-term disability, paid parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
