About the RoleThe Style Consultant is a key member of our sales floor team, responsible for creating a welcoming experience for guests. This role requires a strong passion for strong operations and providing an exceptional guest experience, with a focus on strong visual merchandising and compelling in-store presentations.
Key Responsibilities- Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
- Observe and understand guest needs, using tools to gain knowledge of key metrics, sales goals, and guest traffic
- Ensure product availability by keeping the sales floor replenished and organized
- Stay current on trends and brand guides, executing visual standards and visual merchandising guides
- Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store, and specific to your area, to solve issues for guests and improve their experience
- Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
- Learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Effective communication skills
- Work both independently and with a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
