Slab Plumbing Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Slab Plumbing Foreman to join our team at Quan Services, Inc. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong background in underground plumbing and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

The Slab Plumbing Foreman will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing underground plumbing systems for new homes and townhomes. This includes facilitating the installation of pipes used for water distribution and wastewater disposal, as well as assisting plumbers and pipefitters with repairs and maintenance.

• Install and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and equipment.
• Read blueprints and drawings to determine exact specifications and where plumbing systems will be installed.
• Determine water supply networks and waste drainage systems.
• Coordinate with project managers on installation.
• Install systems used to transport water, waste, gases, or liquids.
• Select materials needed for installation, including type and size of pipe.
• Install supports and hangers for pipe, fixtures, and equipment.
• Assemble and install valves and fittings.
• Observe pressure gauges to fix leaks.
• Test pipe systems and fix leaks.
• Ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance are properly sized, aligned, supported, and graded.

• High school graduation or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of tools and plumbing materials, including knowledge of fitting sizes and types of piping.
• Motivated and works well with others.
• OSHA10 preferred.
• Willingness to embrace change in a growing company.

The position occasionally may require lifting heavy objects (up to 75 pounds) and performing strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions.

May work with or around chemicals that require knowledge of a safety data sheet.

This position requires working in an outdoors environment.
