Job Description:
The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep and organization of The Crucible's facilities, including the office and warehouse areas. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of facilities
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures
- Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth facility operations

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in facilities management or a related field
- Intermediate proficiency in QuickBooks, Google Workspace, and MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
