Sales Representative

The role of a Sales Representative at GP Mobile involves building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions to meet those needs. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Becoming proficient in serving and selling to customers while providing a world-class customer experience.
- Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology.
- Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the basic device and service plan.
- Approaching sales and service needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
- A competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers.
- Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals.
