Business Analyst for OKR Triage Team

Job Summary

Speridian Technologies is seeking a Business Analyst to join our OKR Triage Team. As a key member of this team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting cross-functional teams in the execution of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the OKR team, Program PO, Workstream Leads, and Product Managers to shape, draft, and refine OKRs that meet business needs and enable product recommendations.
  • Assist in the development of recommendation drafts and strategic planning documents, ensuring alignment of OKRs with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
  • Provide detailed Jira documentation support to the OKR Triage team and utilize data-driven insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Gather data related to OKRs and Agile metrics from various sources, analyze it, and provide insights into OKR progress, team performance, and areas for improvement.
  • Manage logistics for meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain and update templates, documentation, and other essential materials.
Requirements
  • Experience with Jira and other Atlassian products (Confluence, Jira Align) to support OKR management and tracking.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage logistics, documentation, and detailed tracking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate collaboration and alignment.
  • Proficiency in using technical tools and platforms for OKR management and tracking.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances within an Agile environment.
