Our Mission
The Sales Associate plays a critical role in achieving our mission by generating sales through exhibiting passion for product, brands, fashion, and trends with all customers. They execute initiatives and tasks as assigned by the leadership team and work as a positive member of the store team, consistently providing an exceptional customer experience.

A Day in the Life
The Sales Associate's day is filled with engaging with customers, focusing on full-price selling while maintaining awareness of product value and promotions. They handle customer situations in compliance with policy and procedures, attempt to 'solve for yes,' and partner with leadership when dealing with escalated issues. The associate completes all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner, executes visual directives, and maintains visual standards set by the company and directed by the management team.
