About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Providence Horizon House. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing personal care services to patients, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care services to patients, including activities of daily living
  • Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning
  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition to healthcare team
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
Requirements
  • Alaska Nursing Assistant Certification License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
  • Must satisfy State of Alaska Licensing, Assisted Living Homes background records and fingerprint check criteria
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the area of orthopedics
