- Communication: Excellent communication skills with varied audiences, including children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
- Education: Proof of High school diploma/GED required.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age.
- Skills: Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills, ability to lift 25 lbs, and excellent communication skills.
- Certifications: Ability to meet state-specific requirements, including FA/CPR, Mandated Reporter, Cleared TB, and Food Handlers Card.
