Sales Manager Job Description

Xponential Fitness LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and service excellence for our luxury fitness brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead generation through grassroots marketing and networking
  • Membership and retail sales
  • Staff scheduling and supervision
  • Collecting outstanding dues
  • Maintaining studio cleanliness and organization
  • Enforcing studio policies and procedures
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Becoming proficient in ClubReady software
  • Contacting prospects and leads
  • Driving and retaining retail and membership sales
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience
  • Confident in generating personal sales and training sales representatives
  • Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams
  • Previous management or supervisory experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solution-based and results-oriented
  • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes
  • Passion for fitness
  • Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat and organized
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to work harmoniously with coworkers, clients, and the general public
