IT Technical Coordinator

We are seeking an IT Technical Coordinator to support our government customers in Woodlawn, MD. This role will involve:
- Preparing documentation, status reports, work plans, and service tickets.
- Assisting in the development of quotes and rough order of magnitude (ROM) documents.
- Maintaining multiple tracker databases daily.
- Collaborating with the Service Team to ensure all quotes include parts and applicable labor and other direct costs (ODC).
- Coordinating service visits with subcontractors and technicians – dispatching for field work.
- Ensuring service completion and paperwork submission to customers.
- Interfacing with subcontractors, project managers, engineers, procurement personnel, contract administrators, and other staff on program planning and controls issues or requests.
- Maintaining program records and database files.
- Coordinating program travel when necessary.
- Maintaining content in the program management information system and SharePoint.
- Assisting with program scheduling activities.
- Performing administrative duties as assigned.
- Implementing program administrative policies and procedures.
- Creating and tracking program change order requests and billable service requests or quotes.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience as an administrative assistant, project support, or similar role.
- 1+ year of Tier 1 or Tier 2 Helpdesk support experience.
- Experience with administrative operations (word processing, spreadsheets, scheduling, reporting, recordkeeping, SharePoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and PowerPoint (Must have Excel – Pivot Table, V-lookup experience).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments to accommodate program goals.
- Ability to obtain a public trust clearance.
Bonus Requirements:
- Associates or bachelor's degree.
- Technical knowledge of electronic security systems and/or IP networking.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
