Key Duties:

  • Develop and refine infection control policies and protocols.
  • Perform routine inspections to verify adherence to health guidelines.
  • Lead quarterly meetings focused on infection control to improve care standards.
  • Conduct surveillance to track infection trends within the organization.
  • Report communicable diseases to relevant health authorities.
  • Facilitate ongoing training sessions on infection prevention.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and provide training in emergency response procedures.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, epidemiology, microbiology, or a related discipline.
  • Certification as a CPR Instructor.
  • Expertise in infection control practices.
  • Participation in infection control workshops is advantageous.
