Home Health Registered Nurse Opportunity

Banner Health is seeking a skilled Home Health Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will provide exceptional, expert care in the comfort of patients' homes. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality care, and we are committed to supporting our nurses in their careers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients' physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Provide direct patient care, coordinate care, delegate tasks, and supervise the activities of healthcare teams.
  • Evaluate patient progress, adjust plans of care as needed, and document patient responses and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Current, valid RN license in the state of practice.
  • BLS certification.
  • Experience in home health care or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field.
  • Professional certification in home health care or a related field.
