Clinical Pharmacist - Inpatient Oncology

Potomac Healthcare Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our Inpatient Oncology team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive pharmaceutical services to patients with cancer and other complex medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and optimize medication therapy plans for patients with cancer and other complex medical conditions.
  • Provide guidance on medication use, dosing, and potential interactions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Monitor patient profiles and intervene as necessary to ensure safe and effective medication use.
  • Compound medications as required and work closely with clinical staff to develop patient wellness programs.
Requirements:
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a pharmacist.
  • Board certification in pharmacy or completion of a clinical pharmacy residency or fellowship.
  • 12 months of full-time experience within the previous 24 months.
