A Day in the Life of a Senior Customer Service Supervisor:
- Oversee and support Store Associates with daily operational duties.
- Assist customers with their shopping inquiries and transactions.
- Manage merchandising tasks in accordance with plan-o-gram standards.
- Execute proper receiving and stocking protocols.
- Count and balance cash register drawers.
- Prepare bank deposits and request change.
- Ensure regular inspection, removal, or rotation of store inventory as per the Product Freshness Review Schedule.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for customers and associates.
- Design a monthly work schedule and delegate tasks to promote an efficient workflow.
Education and Experience Requirements:
A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
At least one (1) year of experience in retail, food service, restaurant, or customer service sectors, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
