School Psychologist

The Acton-Agua Dulce Unified School District is seeking a highly qualified School Psychologist to join our team. As a School Psychologist, you will play a critical role in supporting the academic and social-emotional development of our students.

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Provide counseling and therapy services to students, parents, and staff to promote social-emotional well-being and academic success.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other support staff to develop and implement interventions and strategies to support student learning.
• Assist with IEP meetings, student assessments, and intervention planning as needed.
• Develop and implement crisis management plans to support students and staff in times of crisis.

• Valid California Pupil Personnel Service Credential in School Psychology.
• Preferred 3 years of experience as a licensed Specialist in School Psychology.
• Comprehensive knowledge of school psychology theory, child development, substance abuse education, tests and measurements, and crisis management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to support student learning and well-being.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, parents, and staff.
