Your Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering morning care, which may include bathing, oral hygiene, grooming, and maintaining a clean and organized environment for patients.
  • Providing evening care, including personal hygiene assistance and ensuring comfort for patients.
  • Communicating effectively with licensed personnel regarding any patient concerns.
  • Assisting with meal preparation and serving, ensuring that patients receive the nourishment they need.
  • Responding to patient needs promptly and making regular rounds to check on assigned patients.
  • Helping patients manage their personal belongings, including glasses, dentures, and other assistive devices.
  • Meeting the qualifications of a certified nursing assistant, including current state certification and CPR/BCLS certification.
  • Having a minimum of six months of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in acute or long-term care.
  • Exhibiting excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
