Patient Care Technician

We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Technician to join our team at Dell Children's Medical Center. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our pediatric surgical trauma patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide basic clinical and non-clinical patient care activities under the supervision of nursing staff.
- Aid with movement and placement of patients, assist with personal care and activities of daily living, and report any changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
- Document patient records and maintain a clean and organized patient environment.
- BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date required.
- High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.
Medical experience preferred.
