Clinical Operations Coordinator Role: Enhancing Telehealth Efficiency

Job SummaryThis role supports the daily operations of our tele-mental health provider practice, ensuring smooth clinical workflows and rapid responsiveness to providers' needs. The Clinical Operations Coordinator will focus on managing day-to-day tasks, operational efficiency, and compliance with organizational standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage daily clinical workflows, including scheduling, charting, and prescription processes.
- Monitor progress, escalate issues requiring higher-level intervention, and maintain medical records for compliance.
- Act as the first point of contact for providers regarding routine operational questions and issues.
- Cross-collaborate with other departments as needed.
- Coordinate ongoing meetings, including monthly town halls, mandatory clinical training, and workflow changes directed by clinical leadership.
- Assist with new provider onboarding and facilitate regular communication within the Provider Network.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in clinical operations or healthcare administration.
- Previous experience with telehealth platforms and workflows.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
- Experience working with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and provide minimal supervision.
- Working knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare regulations.
