Job Overview

This role is pivotal in maintaining client satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service and support as a Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Agent. You will assist clients in managing and understanding their personal insurance policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process insurance claims and policy changes efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide detailed explanations of insurance policies and coverage options to ensure clients make informed decisions.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
  • Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction.
  • Collaborate with sales agents to provide clients with personalized solutions and expert advice.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain high performance under pressure to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and relationship-building.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the job.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time to achieve goals.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor, with a client-oriented focus that sets you apart from others.
  • Proficient in office software and technology, utilizing tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • A Property & Casualty Insurance License is preferred but not required at the time of hire; the selected candidate will be expected to obtain this license within 60 days of employment, with all associated costs covered by the agency.
