Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and compassionate Laser Registered Nurse to perform laser treatments, conduct patient assessments, and provide personalized care plans to ensure the highest standards of safety and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality laser services, including Diode laser hair removal, IPL/DPL therapy, and other related skin and aesthetic treatments.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop customized treatment plans to meet individual needs.
- Educate patients on laser treatments, pre- and post-care protocols, and expected outcomes to ensure informed decision-making.
- Document treatment processes and progress accurately to maintain patient records and facilitate effective communication among the medical team.
- Maintain equipment safety and adhere to proper hygiene and protocols in all procedures to ensure a safe and sterile environment.
- Collaborate with the medical team to deliver seamless and coordinated care that meets the highest standards of quality and patient satisfaction.
- Active RN license in California is required for this position.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or medical aesthetics setting is preferred.
- Certification in laser treatments or willingness to obtain certification is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on patient education and comfort, are essential for success in this role.
- Knowledge of skin anatomy, laser physics, and safety protocols is highly valued but not necessarily required.
