We are looking for a dedicated Pharmaceutical Onboarding Specialist to enhance our client integration processes. The successful candidate will have a solid foundation in account management, contract negotiations, onboarding procedures, and business development strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute a comprehensive onboarding strategy for new employees in collaboration with our client partners.
- Complete necessary forms and applications for insurance documentation.
- Engage in pharmaceutical contracting activities.
- Work alongside various departments to ensure all required paperwork and documentation is finalized.
- Facilitate orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Provide training and support to new hires to ensure clarity regarding their job roles and expectations.
- Collaborate with client hiring managers to develop tailored onboarding plans for each new employee.
- Act as a primary contact for new hires, addressing any inquiries or concerns throughout the onboarding journey.
- Monitor the progress of new employees during their initial weeks and offer continuous support as necessary.
- Regularly assess and enhance the client engagement process based on feedback and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- A background in pharmacy is highly advantageous.
- A Bachelor's or Associate's degree is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong communication abilities.
