Job Summary

The Property Administrator role at Stream Realty provides exceptional property management services and supports the Property Management team with daily responsibilities for operating a portfolio of industrial commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative duties, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
  • Timely and accurate scheduling and communication with vendors, tenants, and maintenance staff.
  • Assist the Property Manager with day-to-day operations, including financial report preparation and paperwork filing.
  • Manage digital vendor files, prepare aging reports, and maintain Certificates of Insurance.
  • Coordinate building activities, including move-ins and move-outs, and verify insurance.
  • Support tenant events and maintain trackers for Certificates of Insurance, Service Contracts, and Tenant's HVAC agreements.
  • Process accounts payable and assist with accounts receivable, including late notices and default notices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with Yardi experience a plus.
  • Attention to detail, basic accounting skills, and mathematical aptitude.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer service skills, and good organizational skills.
  • Desire and ambition to learn and grow in Stream's property management department.
