Role Summary:
As a Clinical Research Associate Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing non-invasive clinical research protocols under the guidance of the Principal Investigator and senior team members, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and institutional policies. You may also provide support for more complex studies, although overall responsibility will remain with senior staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee scheduling and monitor research activities, ensuring participant readiness for low-risk clinical trials.
- Assist senior CRC staff in the processes of participant recruitment, screening, eligibility assessment, and enrollment, as well as the collection of participant data.
- Perform administrative and regulatory tasks related to the study as delegated by senior personnel.
- Identify and report adverse events, protocol deviations, and other unexpected issues as necessary.
- Gather, abstract, and input research data accurately.
Additional Duties:
Carry out other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with cultural awareness.
- Experience in clinical settings working with patients and families is preferred.
- Background knowledge in biology or medicine through education or prior experience is advantageous.
