American Health Associates is seeking a skilled Mobile Phlebotomist to join our team. As a Mobile Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients in various settings, including long-term care facilities and patient homes.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect blood samples from patients in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure accurate patient identification and specimen labeling
- Transport specimens to the laboratory for processing
- Work collaboratively with dispatch, payroll, laboratory, and courier departments
- Maintain a positive attitude and prioritize patient safety and quality care
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience required
- Valid state-issued driver's license and clean driving record
- Phlebotomy certification from an accredited training school or equivalent
- 3 years of phlebotomy experience
- Home draw experience
