Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Chick-fil-A Everhart team as a Kitchen Staff member. As a key member of our back-of-house team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food safely and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
  • Keep the kitchen clean and organized at all times
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen Director
  • Participate in in-house training and maintain personal knowledge of current promotions and new products
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Contribute to team meetings and carry out instructions given by the leadership team and operator
Requirements
  • Available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
  • Must have Saturday availability
