Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality patient care. In this role, you will create and manage personalized care plans for individual patients. You should have demonstrated knowledge and skill in current nursing practices and a strong ability to solve problems effectively. To succeed, you should be able to coordinate with other colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans, administer medications, and document any changes in patient conditions. Qualifications
  • Currently Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in state of employment
  • Previous experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
  • Valid drivers license
  • First aid/CPR certification required
  • Homehealth care experience a must.
