Lead Installer for Sports Netting

Empire Netting and Fence is seeking a dedicated individual to take on a supervisory role within our sports netting division. This position is ideal for a construction-oriented professional who is willing to travel nationwide to install netting systems at various sports venues.
We specialize in the installation of netting systems for Major League, Minor League, collegiate, high school, and municipal sports facilities across the United States.
As part of our commitment to our employees, we cover hotel accommodations during travel and provide a daily per diem of $40 in addition to your salary.

Key Responsibilities- Lead a team with a positive and motivating approach.
- Provide coaching and training in the necessary skills for the trade.
- Adhere to job plans and technical blueprints.
- Install large-diameter poles and secure cables and nets.
- Ensure the work area and equipment are maintained in a clean and organized manner.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must possess valid work authorization in the United States.
• A valid driver's license is required; a CDL is preferred.
• Regular and punctual attendance is essential.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the role, including prolonged standing, working in confined spaces, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Willingness to work Monday through Friday, with potential for weekend and overtime work as needed.
• Proficient in the use of various hand and power tools.
• Experience operating heavy machinery, such as skid loaders and telescoping boom lifts, is advantageous.
