Aerial Foreman

As an Aerial Foreman at Telcom Construction Inc, you will lead a crew of skilled technicians in the installation and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work at heights and in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead a crew of technicians in the installation and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure
• Provide direction and guidance to crew members to ensure successful project completion
• Perform aerial lineman duties, including climbing poles and working in bucket trucks
• Implement and perform steps to complete jobs in a timely manner
• Conduct daily walk-throughs to ensure quality and safety
• Monitor and adhere to all safety processes and procedures

• Appropriate aerial training and previous experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of established aerial cable installation procedures and techniques
• Ability to climb telephone poles and work in a bucket truck and work aloft and climb poles up to 40 feet
• Able to perform all duties in telecommunications construction
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills required
