Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Clinic RN to join our team at Providence Medical Group South. As a Clinic RN, you will provide comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes. This role requires a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities
• Provide direct and indirect patient care services, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, identifying opportunities for education and support
• Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and care provided
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes
• Maintain compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements
• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing required; Master's degree preferred
• Current Oregon RN license required; national provider BLS certification (American Heart Association) also required
• At least 18 months of professional nursing experience required
