We are seeking a skilled Nurse - Critical Care Specialist to join our team at Providence Medford Medical Center.

About the Role

This is a .9 FTE, night shift position (7pm-7:30am, 3, 12 hour shifts per week) with rotating weekends. As a Nurse - Critical Care Specialist, you will work in our state-of-the-art Medical Telemetry Unit, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to meet individual needs
  • Monitor patients' conditions and respond promptly to any changes or concerns
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless transitions and ongoing support
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current Oregon RN license
  • A minimum of one year of nursing experience in a critical care setting
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association
