Job Title: Coastal Hospitalist Opportunity in Maine

We are seeking a skilled Physician / Hospitalist to join our team at a 99-bed, full-service community hospital in a beautiful coastal location in the Northeast.

Job Summary:

This locums opportunity is ideal for a seasoned healthcare professional looking to work in a dynamic environment with a high level of autonomy. As a hospitalist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring seamless transitions between departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality medical care to adult patients admitted to the hospital, including ICU and inpatient units
  • Cover emergency department admissions, respond to codes, and interpret EKGs as needed
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer an excellent compensation package, including paid malpractice coverage, paid travel and lodging expenses, and competitive salary rates.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $250,000 - $300,000 based on industry standards and the need for experienced professionals in this region.

Requirements:
