Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Guest Advocates and Front of Store Attendants to deliver exceptional guest service and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest engagement, sales, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the ETL to develop and implement training programs to enhance team member skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, guest feedback, and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional guest service and drive sales growth.
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of the job.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and initiatives to ensure compliance and effective implementation.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service and driving sales growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop action plans to address areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
