Computer World Services (CWS) Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Proposal Manager to oversee and direct proposal development in response to federal Government RFPs. The ideal candidate will ensure the development of compliant, high-quality, and timely proposal submissions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze all sections of the RFP to interpret the requirements set forth by the Federal agencies
  • Prepare response outlines and assign and coordinate writing assignments within the company and with teaming partners
  • Leverage existing proposal content and develop new content as needed for proposal responses
  • Lead proposal development reviews and execute/facilitate proposal revisions
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the proposal writing community regarding processes, tools, and templates
  • Identify repeatable strengths and strategies to incorporate into new or existing reusable content documents
Requirements:
  • 3 years of Federal proposal management experience
  • Strong understanding of the Federal procurement processes
  • Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Shipley or equivalent training
Work Environment:
