Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Specialist to join our team at KA Recruiting Inc. in Boston. As a Point of Care Testing Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring documentation and compliance with regulations under the direction of the Medical Director and Supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain knowledge of technical, clinical, and regulatory aspects of POCT methods and devices.
  • Evaluate instrument performance and troubleshoot discrepant results.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including cross-training laboratory sections.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or Clinical Lab Science, or an applied science.
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical laboratory experience.
  • Understanding of laboratory systems.
  • ASCP, NCA, or AMT certification.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
