Job Overview

Stefanini Group is seeking an AWS Cloud DevOps Engineer. This role is crucial for supporting the core functions of the Credit Risk Management business line. The selected candidate will provide essential data and reporting development services or technical support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a vital member of a national team, working with a clear framework of accountability and substantial autonomy.
  • Design, deploy, and manage AWS infrastructure, adhering to best practices for scalability, availability, security, cost optimization, and operational excellence.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient automated application deployment.
  • Implement infrastructure-as-code utilizing tools such as CloudFormation or Terraform.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD process.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Continuously enhance and optimize AWS infrastructure and deployment processes.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 years of software development experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Agile methodologies.
  • 2+ years of experience in deploying cloud-based solutions.
  • 2+ years of experience in hybrid cloud-based deployments.
  • Master's degree in an Information Technology field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Extensive hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer, preferably with a focus on AWS.
  • AWS certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are preferred.
  • Strong experience in migrating data from on-premises to cloud environments.
  • Proficiency in managing AWS services including EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, Redshift, AWS Glue, and DMS.
  • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or AWS CodePipeline.
  • Knowledge of security best practices in AWS environments.
  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like CloudFormation or Terraform.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Strong customer focus and business acumen.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Adaptability to changing requirements and responsibilities.
  • Other skills: problem-solving, analytical thinking, and excellent communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree.
  • AWS Certification (Certified DevOps/Developer/Solutions Architect).
