We are seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Director to join our team at CBRE. As a key member of our compensation and benefits team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive total rewards strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a total rewards strategy that attracts and retains top talent, while ensuring alignment with our business strategy and good governance practices.
  • Lead a team of professionals in the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to design and implement compensation and benefits programs that drive business results and support our company's growth objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on compensation and benefits matters, including salary management, incentive compensation design and administration, and employee/manager education and communication.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to inform our total rewards strategy and programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Exceptional knowledge and experience of different compensation methodology and funding metrics, profit-share and cash and equity LTIPs.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead a team and drive results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
