What You'll Do
- Lead a team of healthcare professionals in providing high-quality patient care in a home health setting.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

What We're Looking For
- A registered nurse with current licensure to practice nursing in the state where you will be working.
- At least two years of experience in a home care setting, with management or supervisory experience preferred.
