Position Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate Laboratory Associate to join our dynamic Genomics team. As a Laboratory Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our scientific endeavors, executing assignments according to protocol, maintaining accurate laboratory notebooks, and reviewing initial outcomes for quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate basic laboratory equipment, including centrifuges, liquid handlers, and laboratory-specific equipment.
  • Perform all duties in compliance with listed SOPs and policies.
  • Adhere to EH&S and regulatory requirements, including PPE.
  • Identify materials and reagents needs and communicate with team leads.
  • Maintain all appropriate records, as required by different processes.
  • Participate in general laboratory maintenance for equipment, materials, and/or reagents.
  • Comply with all relevant regulatory requirements for the biopharmaceutical industry.
Position Qualifications
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in a life sciences degree program.
  • Experience with basic lab functions, such as pipetting and basic laboratory math.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and solve problems.
