Job Overview

KidStrong South Denver is a rapidly growing organization focused on brain, physical, and character development for children. As a Program Director for Youth Development, you will play a crucial role in helping parents build stronger, smarter, and more athletic kids.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced coach with a background in athletics or coaching who can effectively teach our science-based curriculum to children aged 15mo-8 years old. Your primary responsibility will be to create a fun and engaging learning environment that fosters growth and development in our young students.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to meet the needs of our students
  • Provide expert instruction and guidance to parents on our curriculum
  • Cultivate a positive and motivating atmosphere that encourages kids to reach their full potential
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless program execution
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience coaching students within the age range of 15mo-8 years old
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
  • CPR certification
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekdays and weekends
