Manufacturing Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join our team at Swoon. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of efficient manufacturing processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the manufacturing engineering team, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
  • Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch new products and improve existing operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee the integration of new equipment and technologies to optimize manufacturing capabilities.
  • Manage the department budget, ensuring resource allocation aligns with cost control objectives.
  • Provide technical support to resolve complex manufacturing issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of CAD systems and manufacturing processes.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, with a minimum of 2-5 years in a managerial role.
