Role Overview
We are seeking a meticulous CMM Programmer to become a vital part of our team. This position is based in Cinnaminson, NJ, and focuses on the creation and upkeep of CMM programs for the inspection and validation of production materials. If you are passionate about quality assurance and excellence, this role presents a significant opportunity.
*The standard working hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The salary range is between $80,000 and $95,000 annually, depending on experience.*
Key Duties
- Develop and program CMM machinery.
- Ensure precision and accuracy of programs.
- Operate CMM equipment for thorough part inspections.
- Provide recommendations for programming enhancements.
- Interpret blueprints and technical models.
- Gather and evaluate inspection data.
- Effectively communicate inspection findings.
- Create and maintain quality documentation.
- Uphold a safe working environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Preferred: Associate degree.
- Minimum of 3 years in CNC Quality Control.
- At least 2 years of experience with Zeiss Calypso software.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001/AS9100 standards.
- Capability to perform quality assessments.
- Experience in establishing product quality standards.
