About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza - Keokuk (1788). As a General Manager, you will be responsible for leading our store team to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of store employees to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Implement and maintain high standards of customer service, quality, and food safety
  • Manage store operations, including inventory, cash handling, and customer transactions
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor, inventory, and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role in the food service industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
