We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated General Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza - Keokuk (1788). As a General Manager, you will be responsible for leading our store team to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of store employees to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
- Implement and maintain high standards of customer service, quality, and food safety
- Manage store operations, including inventory control, cash handling, and scheduling
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
